The roots of our olive trees go deep into the hillside. Just as we are. Heinz loves olives; therefore we have planted so many of those trees of blooming love and have given its name to one of our apartment.
The apartment (50 m², facing south) is at ground level. It is completely furnished and has a spacious eat-in kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet, one double bedroom and one with two single beds (possibility to add on more if needed).
For 2 – 5 guests from 76,00 to 157,00 Euro, final cleaning included.
For a stay of less than a week we have to add a supplement. There is an addition for the local tax of 0,70 Euro per night per guest over the age of 14.

All prices are per day and person or per day and flat. Accommodation, bed linen, heating, water, gas and electricity, cleaning (including cleaning once flat has been vacated) and all fees and taxes are included in price, except the local tax. The amount of local tax is determined by the local deliberation of the community where the accommodation in force at the time of stay (now: Euro 0,70 per person and day over 14 years).
You can pay with cash or by bank transfer.
Arrival and departure
On your day of arrival the apartments are available for check-in at 14:00 hours (2:00 pm). Please check with us if you need an earlier check-in time. On your departure day we kindly ask you to free the apartment at 10:00 am (check-out time). Saturday is our preferred arrival and departure day.
Please take note: booking is confirmed upon payment of deposit (booking confirmation) and the sending of booking confirmation. Deposits will not be returned in case of cancellation. The following cancellation policies also apply:
Cancellation policies in accordance with Art. 1382 ZGB
There’s not provided a right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with the Italian consumer protection law (d.lgs. 206/2005) – yet we allow you to withdrawn from the contract under the following conditions: In the case of the unexpected causing after the booking you to forego your holiday, the following conditions apply: You can cancel up to 3 months before your set arrival date.
Only the deposit is retained. If you cancel between 3 months and 4 weeks before your set arrival date we will charge you 3 days of your holiday. If you cancel within the 4 weeks directly before your set arrival date, then 100% of the booking will be charged.
We reserve the right to charge for 100% of the stay in addition to retaining the deposit in cases of no-show. If you should cut short your stay we will charge for the days of holiday taken. An additional 100% of the agreed price for the days of holiday not taken will also be charged. Please let us know in good time if you have to cancel your holiday.
Holiday Cancellation Insurance
We recommend that you take out Red Rooster holiday cancellation insurance after booking your stay. This will cover cancellation charges, meaning that you can look forward to your holiday in a more carefree manner.
